The third of three suspects in a shooting in late March in Junction City has been arrested in Wyoming, authorities announced Monday.

Jeremy Breeden was located just outside Thermopolis, Wyo., by officers from the U.S. Marshals Service.

Two other men sought in connection with the incident had been arrested earlier. They were identified as Nizar El Hilali, 20, who was arrested March 30  at his residence in Clay Center, and Cody Breeden, who was taken into custody April 23 by the U.S. Marshal’s Service in Fremont County, Wyoming.

According to Junction City police spokeswoman Trish Giordano, the Breedens aren't related.

Giordano said the arrests stemmed from an incident that was reported at 11:14 p.m. March 29, when officers responded to a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound at the Motel 6, 1931 Lacy Drive in Junction City.

The wounded man, identified as Trenton Penn, 19, of  Minneapolis, Kan., was life-flighted to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka.

Additional details weren't immediately available.
