Obituary: Brandon Scott McDonald 1990 - 2010

Airman 1st Class, Brandon Scott McDonald, age 20, died July 11, 2010 in Badem, Germany.

Born April 7, 1990 in Muskogee, Okla.,  the son of Nick Garcia and Angela McDonald.  Brandon was a graduate of Muskogee High School in 2008 and a former resident of St. John.  He was in the United States Air Force, active duty. 

On Aug. 8, 2008, he married Britney (Brown) in Muskogee Okla., she survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons: Alexander Justice and Sean Carter McDonald, Altus, Okla.;  daughter Hope Alixzandria McDonald, Muskogee, Okla.; brother Trinidad Garcia, St. John; sisters Isabella Martinez-Haskins, Shayla Garcia and Kyra Garcia all of St. John; father Nick and LaDona Garcia, St. John; mother Angela McDonald, Tulsa, Okla.; grandparents Forrest and Pat Haskins, Topeka, and the late Modesto and Ventura Garcia.

Memorial service will be 10:00 am, Sat., July 24,  at the First United Methodist Church, St. John, with Pastor Carl Feril presiding.

Inurnment with military burial rites will follow at Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John.

Memorials may be given to the USD 350 St. John-Hudson Education Foundation in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, Kan.  67576.
