Obituary: Julian “Tiny” Albert Sarringar 1927 - 2010

Julian “Tiny” Albert Sarringar, age 82, died Friday, June 4, 2010 at Reno County Hospice House, Hutchinson.

Born August 19, 1927 at Lafayette, La., the son of Thomas Albert and Mary Louise (Larson) Sarringar. He was a former carpenter, worked for the City of Macksville from 1987-20007, a resident of Macksville since 1985 and was in the U.S. Air Force during the Koren Conflict. Memberships include VFW and Handy Man’s Club.

He is survived by son, Samuel Martin Sarringar, Crete, Neb.,  daughters Judith Ann Seibert, Lincoln, Neb., Ann Kay Brewer, Martell, Neb., Bert West of Lawrence, Patience A. Homolka, Western, Neb., Mary Louise Sarringar, Fort Worth, Texas and Julie Jo Bissell of Macksville; brothers Don of Dayton, Ohio and Edward M., of Volin, S.D., sister Margaret Jean Dabrowski, Litchfield, N.H.; 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held June 8 at the Macksville Christian Church with Pastor Carey Haner presiding.
