Obituary: Virginia Lee "Jenny" Myers 1947 - 2010

Virginia Lee “Jenny” Myers, resident of Ponca City, Okla., passed away Friday, July 2, 2010, at her home. She was 63.

She was born June 18, 1947, in Gainesville, Mo., the daughter of Marvin I. Kastning and Eva D. Johnson Kastning. Her early schooling was in the St. John schools. She married Donald W. Myers in 1962 in Great Bend where she resided for a short time and where she started a family.

She is survived by a brother, George Kastning of St. John; a sister, Velda Young; her four children, Clayton B. Myers of Wichita, Terri Lynn Fry of Lebanon, Ore., Dawn Gail Hixson of Stillwater, Okla., and Marty E. Myers of Tulsa, Okla., 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Leonard Kastning and one daughter, Brenda L. Myers.

Services will be announced at a later date. Local arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel. Guestbook may be signed at           www.gracememorialchapel.net
