Within hours of his big win in Florida, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney again raised questions about whether he is in touch with the American people, telling reporters, "I'm not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there. If it needs repair, I'll fix it."
Really?
City meetings, county meetings, coffee klatches and letter to the editor; much has been said about the parking issue directly in front of the newly remodeled county annex building. There appears to be a very simple solution in the mind of this oh-so-simple news editor.

We are the grandsons of Anna Vee and Jim Searle. Our Grandpa Searle would have been 73 years old on July 29th but unfortunately he was struck and killed while riding his bicycle just west of Stafford on November 4, 2009.
Thanks to the Internet, we can now share emails, photos and videos with friends and family members around the world instantly – even from our phones. But as easy and convenient as it is to share information online, it can be equally difficult to protect information from being shared with scammers and identity thieves.
Over the past two years, I have been the State Fair booth coordinator along with the help of Jeanette Hildebrand, who coordinates all the volunteers that help man the booth over the course of the fair.
