High School golfers enjoy a picturesque day of golf at the Stafford County Country Club and golf course, Monday. The course will host a benefit tournament, June 5, with all proceeds going to the Stafford County STARS program.

Teams and sponsors are needed for the upcoming STARS Benefit Golf Tournament planned for Saturday, June 5, at the Stafford County Country Club. 

The three person scramble with a $150 team entry fee will begin at 10 a.m.  Prizes and raffles will be awarded. 

All proceeds will benefit the after school program available to all K-8 students at Stafford Schools.

If you would like more information about registering your team or becoming a sponsor, please call Kaley Contact, 620-234-6966 or Sharilyn McNickle, 620-234-6183 or at the school 620-234-5255. The course is located at 143 SE 20th Avenue, (one mile south of the rest area on U.S. Hwy 50.)
